When refunds may be considered

• Duplicate charge due to technical error
• Payment debited but overlay/alert failed completely
• System malfunction confirmed from our side

When refunds will NOT be given

• You changed your mind after paying fee
• Streamer didn't read your message
• TTS was skipped by streamer or muted
• Service fee was made by mistake on your side

How to request a refund

• Approximate time of payment
• Reason for request

Final decision rests with SuperSupport after verification.
